We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or anything beyond what is listed above.

How we use your data

• Newsletter emails are used to send Rosie's Letter and nothing else. We do not send marketing emails, promotional offers from third parties, or anything beyond the newsletter you signed up for.
• Analytics data helps us understand which flowers and content people enjoy most, so we can make the site better.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google Cloud) — hosts our database and stores newsletter subscriber emails. Google's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides anonymous analytics.
• Instagram (Meta) — we post flower photography to our Instagram account. If you visit our Instagram content, Meta's privacy policy applies.
• Pinterest — we share flower content on Pinterest. If you interact with our pins, Pinterest's privacy policy applies.
• Awin — some flower pages include affiliate links to plant suppliers. If you click an affiliate link, Awin may set a cookie to track the referral. We earn a small commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you.

We do not share your personal data with any of these services. Your email address stays with us and Firebase — it is never passed to Instagram, Pinterest, Awin, or any other third party.

Sale of personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Never have, never will.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the website to work properly. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. Affiliate links from Awin may set a third-party cookie if you click through to a supplier — this is standard for affiliate programmes and is used solely to attribute the referral.

Flower Gallery is a general-interest website about flowers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed to the newsletter, please contact us and we'll remove their data immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with the date it was last changed. We won't make significant changes without letting newsletter subscribers know.
