Please note all orders will be delivered on the requested date between 9am and 5.30pm local time. We are unable to accept timed orders, or orders for delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders requesting delivery on these days will be delivered on the preceding business day if received in time, otherwise they will be delivered on the following business day.

Orders for funeral tributes will be delivered on the requested date in time for the funeral service,
provided the order has been received by us in time to do so.

ALL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE RECIPIENT'S TELEPHONE NUMBER TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY.

Orders for same day delivery must be received by us by 9am (UK Time)
(5pm Friday for Saturday delivery).

SAME DAY DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR DELIVERIES TO OFFICES AND BUSINESS ADDRESSES. ORDERS FOR DELIVERY TO THESE ADDRESSES MUST BE PLACED BY 4PM ON THE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE DELIVERY.

International Delivery of £8.99 applies for all orders to Norway and will be added at the Checkout.

Please also note that orders placed on Sundays and UK Holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
