Orders for same day delivery (Monday - Saturday) must be received by us before 1pm (UK Time) on the requested delivery date. We cannot accept timed deliveries, or deliveries for Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders requesting delivery on these days will be delivered on either the day before or the day after the holiday depending on when the order is received by us. Orders for funeral tributes will be delivered on the requested date in time for the funeral service, provided the order has been received by us in time to do so.
