Please note all orders will be delivered on the requested date between 9am and 5.30pm local time. We are unable to accept timed orders, or orders for delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders requesting delivery on these days will be delivered on the preceding business day if received in time, otherwise they will be delivered on the following business day. Orders for funeral tributes will be delivered on the requested date in time for the funeral service, provided the order has been received by us in time to do so. ALL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE RECIPIENT'S TELEPHONE NUMBER TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY. Same day delivery is not possible due to time difference. Orders for next day delivery must be received by us no later than 4pm. International Delivery of £8.99 applies for all orders to Singapore and will be added at the Checkout.
