| Your flowers are guaranteed to remain fresh for 7 days after delivery, with the exception of roses and designated spring and summer flowers, which are guaranteed for 5 days. In the unlikely event that your flowers do not meet this standard, or if there are any other problems with the order, the recipient should initially contact the florist who made the delivery, and whose contact details will be attached to the flowers, and ask them to resolve the problem. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us and we will take the matter up with the executing florist. If, after discussing the matter with them we are unable to reach a satisfactory outcome, we will ask Interflora Customer Services to intervene to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
